  • MU2026 Job Description Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing large-scale recruitment and enrollment events, including Green & White Day Open Houses, High School Green & White Days, Marshall Bound, New Student Orientation, and other special events.
This position coordinates event logistics, facility reservations, vendor and campus partner collaboration, registration management, communications, inventory oversight, staffing support, and day-of-event operations to ensure successful program delivery. The incumbent plays a key role in creating welcoming, engaging, memorable campus experiences for prospective students and families, while supporting the recruitment, enrollment, and retention goals of the Office of Recruitment through continuous assessment and program improvement. Qualified candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, event planning, or a related field At least one year of experience planning events, programs, campus activities, orientation programming, hospitality, customer service operations, or a related field Excellent communication skills strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills, and the ability to represent the university in a professional and positive manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including demonstrated proficiency in Excel Must be available to work some evenings and weekend Salary Range $38,722
