Job Description
The purpose of this position at Gem City Veterinary Services is to provide outstanding client service. Duties of the Veterinary Client Care Specialist includes answering the phone, schedules appointments, greets clients, admits and checks out patients, processes payments, manages financial information, and communicates information between client and staff. Duties also include computer skills of using veterinary software, emailing records, importing records and charts, and online pharmacy requests. The Veterinary Client Care Specialist enjoys working with people and diverse clients and is caring, friendly, and efficient. Creates a warm and welcoming impression. Remains professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks with many interruptions. The CCS is the one who creates a good first and last impression of our clients. The importance of this role cannot be over- emphasized.
