Job Description
Medical Records Clerk Our personal injury law firm is looking for a full-time Medical Records Clerk. Although not required, knowledge of personal injury cases and experience in medical records, billing, and liens is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Request, track, and manage medical records and bills from healthcare providers Review and organize medical records for personal injury cases Handle medical billing, liens, and correspondence with providers and lienholders Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and balances Maintain accurate and organized client files Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Support attorneys and case managers as neededQualifications:
Prior experience as a medical records clerk or similar role in a personal injury law firm (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional communication skills Punctual, reliable and a team player Detail oriented Starting pay of $19.50 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience. There is also a potential for additional benefits.Job Types:
