The subcontractor will receive a 1099 at the end of each year. Work is based on available contracts which are subject to busy and slow times. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Travel to various medical provider sites in Colorado
• Retrieve medical records remotely from home using company supplied equipment (10% of the time)
• Help schedule your onsite appointments
• Communicate project progress with Scanning Sherpas personnel
• Interact with provider office staff and Scanning Sherpas personnel in a professional manner
• Work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Compensation is performance based Job requirements:
• Must reside in the state of Colorado
• Proficient with computers and other hardware (printers, scanners, flash drives)
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Reliable car and willingness to travel around the state of Colorado
• Proficient in medical terminology and medical records
• Proficient in learning new software programs quickly, specifically EHR, on the go without outside help
• Incredibly professional, amiable and well-mannered in stressful situations
• Meticulous and clean in the workplace
• Excellent communicator in person, on the phone and via email
• Must pass HIPAA and FWA training tests
• Must pass a thorough criminal background check and a drug test
• Strong cell and home internet connections
• Work will generally be 1-2 days per week on average
