Job Description
- Traveling required
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Basic Function Responsible for making sure every patient seen within the practice has an organized medical record that is legible, accurate, and readily accessible, and easily retrievable.
- Face to Face patient records request and Doctor to Doctor requests
- Sort incoming documents to send for providers signature
- Scan priority documents into the EMR
- Scan secondary documents into the EMR
- Receive and forward Patient Forms to Providers for completion
- Answer phones and field patient and incoming calls
- All duties assigned by management
