We're looking for a Medical Record Review Specialist to help support legal teams by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical documentation for case preparation.

Review and summarize medical records to provide vital support for legal cases. Identify key details within medical documentation, including important timelines, treatments, and medical events. Organize records efficiently using specialized bookmarking and highlighting tools. Prepare chronologies and factual summaries based on the reviewed documentation. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while tracking project time and maintaining accurate documentation.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Previous background working directly in the medical field. Prior experience in a legal environment or working with legal teams is a plus.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Medical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of medical terminology, record structures, and the ability to identify different report types (including imaging, pathology, and operative reports).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
