What You'll Do Maintain, organize, and manage patient medical records Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with established policies Scan, file, retrieve, and update records as needed Assist with record transfers, audits, and documentation requests Support nursing and medical staff with administrative record-keeping tasks Maintain strict confidentiality of all protected health information What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Medical records, healthcare administration, or office experience preferred Proficiency with computers, data entry, and electronic documentation systems Professionalism when handling confidential information Reliable, dependable, and team-focused attitude Why Join Southern Health Partners?
