Responsibilities:

Respond to requests for medical information while maintaining confidentiality File and organize medical documents, including physician orders, progress notes, and care plans Process admission and discharge documentation Coordinate records for surveys, audits, and interdisciplinary teams Assist with data entry and reports as needed Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical records or health information management in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Strong computer and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently CNA license preferred
