Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities:
Maintain medical records filing systems following established procedures in a correctional healthcare setting Ensure all medical records are complete and properly filed Receive, log, and process requests for patient medical information according to departmental protocols on release of information Retrieve medical records for clinical and ancillary services Fax medical information to approved sites and sources for continuing care Purge medical records, make new patient folders, and prepare mailings as required
Qualifications:
