Keep Care Running Smoothly- Join Our Team as a Central Supply & Medical Records Clerk! Why Join Our Team? Beautiful hotel-like facility! Conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood between Mayfield Road and Wilson Mills Roads! We are a growing, family-owned company! The Avenue of Lyndhurst is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Medical Records/Central Supply Clerk to manage and protect resident health records as well as ensure that the facility has the supplies that are required for resident care. If you're organized, dependable, and committed to confidentiality, we'd love to have you on our team! •Prior experience with Medical Records and Central Supply, specifically in a Nursing Home setting, preferred.
Job Duties:
Maintain and organize medical records in compliance with regulations Monitor documentation accuracy and physician compliance Retrieve records for authorized requests and update census data File and audit records, including discharged resident files Support communication between residents, families, and care teams Assist with clerical tasks and uphold safety and privacy standards Inventory, order and distribute various medical supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Experience in long-term care preferred Knowledge of medical record regulations and confidentiality practices Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a healthcare environment The Avenue at Lyndhurst is a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility offering a distinctive experience not commonly found in traditional care settings.
