Job Description

RCS Document Specialist Job Description Overview Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible weekend rotations. Remote eligible candidates must reside in Indiana and be able to commute to designated IU Health facilities as needed. This position is responsible for executing team functions within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services. Ensures meeting quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably to federal, state and hospital standards, policies and procedures. Um/UR experience preferred Requires understanding of medical record requirements, regulations and policies. Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem solving, and analytic skills. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings. Requires the ability to meet objectives and standards. We are an equal opportunity employer.
