Job Description

RemX is seeking a medical records and Release of Information (ROI) Specialist for our client. This role will support operations in a high-volume healthcare environment. Responsibilities include processing requests, auditing records, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
MST Location:
Onsite (Ogden, UT 84403)
Pay Rate:
$17/hour

July Duration:
3-6 months+ (Temp potential for hire) Process medical record requests and perform medical record audits Accurately document and update information across multiple platforms Work efficiently in a high-volume, production-driven environment Utilize dual monitors and internal systems for data entry and tracking Maintain organization, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures Experience with medical records, Release of Information (ROI), Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations, and Basic medical terminology knowledge
