Job Description
Join our Community Developmental Services team in a seasonal, part-time role supporting the transfer of important client paper records into our electronic medical record system. This position is integral to maintaining the organized, accurate, and secure documentation that helps ensure quality care and services for the individuals we support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Duties Data Organization:
Sorting paper documents by client
Scanning:
Using office equipment to scan records directly into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Compliance & Privacy:
Strictly maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive client medical records Participate in required training Education High school diploma or equivalent Core Competencies Basic computer skills Comfort working within electronic medical records software Proficiency using office copier and scanners Ability to work independently, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and present a professional appearance and demeanor
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 10-20 pounds (likely handling boxes)
