POSITION SUMMARY
The Document Imaging Tech is responsible for the creation of electronic medical records. This includes accurately prepping, scanning, quality checking and validating documents. The Document Imaging Tech is also responsible for indexing all documents according to organizational guidelines. This employee maintains high quality of work with consistency and timely turnaround of all medical records documents to ensure proper and timely patient care.
