Compensation Details:
$34,455.20 This position will be working between the units and Health Information Management, reporting to Nursing Department. Duties include, but are not limited to: Analyze, file, scan, and process the discharged charts on the units Notify the clinicians when there are discrepancies in the charts Maintain and purge charts on a regular basis Ensure labs and consultation reports are received for scanning and filing Send information to outside facilities for continuity of care Enter data in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Prepare the correct forms from hospital policies to be used in the medical records Play a vital role in scanning medical records information for the physicians working as telepsychiatrists.
