Summary:
The Dermatology Mohs Technician supports precise intraoperative tissue preparation and frozen section analysis to ensure accurate surgical margin assessment and high-quality patient care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Associate's degree in Science or Medical Technology or higher preferred
License/Certifications:
Laboratory Technician Certification (ASCP, ASMH, or equivalent) preferred or achieved within one year of employment . For Medical Assistants, current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achieved within one year of employment . Current BLS certification required or must obtain within one month of start date.
Experience:
Medical laboratory or tissue processing experience preferred. Medical Assistant experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $27.27 to $36.88 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
