This role is responsible for ensuring optimal use and continuous improvement of MEDITECH and related third-party software to support efficient workflows across all departments. to their full potential. This may require research gathering from MEDITECH and Glacial Ridge Health System. Assist all departments with implementation and troubleshooting. Create instructional workflow documents detailing processes for EMR users. Assist the EHR Services Manager with maintenance, permissions, and setup as needed. Responsible for training employees using the

MEDITECH

applications and any other software that assists with the EMR. (Financial & Clinical) Required to attend meetings, training sessions, and conference calls when applicable.
