Memorial Health Care Systems is proud to be recognized as a Top 20 Critical Access Hospital for 2026, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Health Information Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday through Friday in a professional office setting. (NOT REMOTE) Position Summary The Health Information Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the electronic medical record (EMR). This position performs concurrent and retrospective medical record analysis to verify appropriate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Scanning and indexing patient records Maintaining the integrity of patient health information Supporting provider credentialing activities
Qualifications Education/Experience:
