Job Description:
Under general supervision, performs county health department office work, in a medical office/clinic setting, of average difficulty; and performs administrative related work as required.- Endorse all health department services for which each patient may be eligible.
- Help achieve goals by maintaining a supportive team environment.
- Properly register patients upon their a duplicates and health department in a timely manner to ensure clinic flow by obtaining and verifying insurance information, checking immunization status, updating contact information in applicable systems, incorporating the process to eliminate duplicates, and successfully toggling between multiple systems to verify correct information.
- Provide Vital Records services according to policy, procedure, and directives.
