Job Description

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) -

Public Health Location:

Benton & Henry Counties, Tennessee We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide accessible primary care and preventive health services to underserved and uninsured adult populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary and preventive care to patients. Provide wellness, contraceptive, and immunization services. Screen and treat communicable diseases, including STDs and Hepatitis C. Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy practices. Follow Tennessee Department of Health protocols and clinical guidelines. Participate in county and regional health activities.

Qualifications:

MSN or DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner specialty. Active, unrestricted Tennessee RN and APRN licenses . Current FNP certification from ANCC, AANP, or equivalent national organization. Primary care experience preferred. Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
