Full Time Schedule:
- Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm est ?
Travel:
- Required — frequent travel between hospitals in the region based on coverage needs ⚠️

You will:
- The Area Lead plays a key role in supporting daily ROI operations while serving as a leader, mentor, and point of contact for staff and clients.
Responsibilities include:
+ Provide on-site coverage at assigned facilities as operational needs arise + Support ROI operations across- health systems
- and associated clinics + Serve as a point of contact between client stakeholders and internal leadership + Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and workflow support for HIS staff + Communicate staffing needs, coverage gaps, volume fluctuations, and site challenges proactively + Support productivity, quality, and service improvement initiatives + Accurately process medical record and ROI requests while maintaining strict confidentiality + Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and requestors + Handle fax, mail, and electronic request workflows, including logging and tracking + Review, date-stamp, and upload requests into HealthSource + Monitor fax queues, shared drives, and email inboxes for timely processing + Create encrypted CDs/DVDs and maintain proper documentation + Assist walk-in patients by verifying identity and processing disclosures + Monitor and complete patient transfers throughout the workday + Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and client-specific policies + Maintain working knowledge of site-specific workflows and systems + Support continuity of coverage and minimize operational risk •?
