The Children's Clinic is a seven doctor pediatric group in Anchorage, located behind Providence. We are looking for a full-time receptionist to work in a friendly, upbeat and fast-paced environment. A brief list of responsibilities include:

• Being the friendly face who greets/completes every patient/family experience at our office
• Checking in/out patients/families
• Scheduling appointments
• Filing in an electronic medical record system
• Processing incoming/outgoing medical records
• Posting charges and payments
• Answering a multi-line phone system Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, and every other Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications:

High school graduate, who is at least 18 years old Friendly personality, who enjoys working with others Strong computer skills Detail-oriented Able to work independently Enjoy learning new things Experience in an office environment Benefits include:
