Do you enjoy working with infants, children, and their families? Do you want to be in a working environment that is fun, friendly, upbeat and fast-paced? The Children's Clinic is the place for you! The Children's Clinic is a seven doctor pediatric group in Anchorage, located behind Providence. We are looking for a full-time receptionist to work in a friendly, upbeat and fast-paced environment. A brief list of responsibilities include:
- Being the friendly face who greets/completes every patient/family experience at our office
- Checking in/out patients/families
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing in an electronic medical record system
- Processing incoming/outgoing medical records
- Posting charges and payments
- Answering a multi-line phone system Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, and every other Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm
Qualifications:
High school graduate, who is at least 18 years old Friendly personality, who enjoys working with others Strong computer skills Detail-oriented Able to work independently Enjoy learning new things Experience in an office environment Benefits include:- Awesome work culture and co-workers
