Scheduling Coordinator Woodlawn Dental - Birmingham, AL Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making people smile, and can handle phones, greeting patients and scheduling like a pro? Well, we've got the perfect spot for you at Woodlawn Dental ! We're a hardworking team, and we're looking for someone just like us—reliable, friendly, and ready to keep our patients grinning from ear to ear (literally). We're on the hunt for a Dental Scheduling Coordinator with 1+ years of experience in a dental office. If you've got the skills to juggle appointments, charm patients, and keep our front office running smoothly, we want to meet you! Bonus points if you're a dental assistant who's ready to jump in and help with the occasional four-handed action. What you'll be doing (besides being awesome): Welcoming patients with a big smile and warm vibes Attention to details like no one else Answering phones like a scheduling ninja and keeping our appointments on point Managing patient records, and all communication modalities (because organized is your middle name) Handling payments with confidence Keeping the front desk area spotless and zen Helping with a bit of 4-handed dentistry (if needed) What we're looking for: A reliable, happy and honest team player who is a go getter 1-2 years of dental office experience (because you know your stuff) Excellent, mature, professional communication skills that make patients feel at home A pro at staying organized and on top of things Bilingual (Spanish) is not required however it is a "plus" This is a full-time gig with competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow.
