You have experience with insurance verification and medical billing (non-negotiable!). You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You're obsessively detail-oriented - a single digit error in an insurance ID can cost thousands. You've worked as a Medical Receptionist , Administrative Assistant , or in any Customer Service role in a medical office setting. You're tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems. You have excellent problem-solving skills and can find billing solutions that work for both patients and the clinic.
