We are looking for a friendly, confident, compassionate, quick-thinking, and energetic Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our pediatric and family medicine team!   • We Need Someone Who Can Handle Tough Situations Working in pediatrics and family medicine means working with children, parents, and families —and occasionally dealing with stressful or emotional situations.
We need someone who can listen, show compassion, explain things clearly, and stand their ground when necessary without being rude or confrontational.

  • What You'll Do As our Front Desk / Patient Coordinator, you will help keep the office running smoothly by: Greeting patients and families warmly.
Checking patients in and out. Answering phones and assisting patients with questions. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Verifying patient demographic and insurance information. Collecting copays and other patient payments. Handling patient concerns professionally and compassionately. Communicating with parents, patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other healthcare offices. Managing referrals, authorizations, medical records, and paperwork. Entering and updating information in our EMR/EHR system. Scanning and uploading documents. Maintaining HIPAA and patient confidentiality. Keeping the front desk and waiting area organized. Working closely with our physicians, nurses, CMAs, and other team members. Helping wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly. + Medical Experience Is a PLUS — Not a Requirement You do NOT need to be a CMA or have previous medical-office experience to apply. We are willing to train the right person .
