The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs Insurance billing Maintain accurate patient records Assist with administrative tasks Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Collect payments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Professional appearance and positive attitude
