At Westrock Orthodontics, our Bilingual Receptionist is the heart of our patient experience. You'll work hand-in-hand with our doctors, dental assistants, and clinic leaders to deliver world-class care, streamline patient visits, and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. This position is part of our dynamic Travel Team , supporting three of our premier local clinics:
Bentonville Central:
2 days/week
Bentonville J Street:
2 days/week
Siloam Springs:
1 day/week
What You'll Do Patient Experience:
Warmly greet patients, manage seamless check-ins/check-outs, and answer inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Scheduling & Accounts:
Coordinate and confirm patient appointments to maximize clinic flow, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate account records.
Clinic Support:
Keep digital health records updated and partner with the team to manage office stock and maintain a clean, organized space.
What We're Looking For Languages:
Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Experience:
2+ years of office, reception, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal/written communication, reliable computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier multi-tasking abilities.
