Medical Receptionist - Audiology Office (Full-Time, Mon-Thurs)

Job Type:
Full-Time (32 hours/week)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00
PM Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour (based on experience)

ASAP but somewhat flexible About Us We are a privately owned audiology clinic in Northwest Arkansas with a passion for helping people reconnect through better hearing. Our close-knit team is friendly, professional, and committed to providing a warm and welcoming experience for every patient. We're currently seeking a to join our front office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a healthcare or customer service setting and wants to make a real impact on people's lives. Responsibilities As our receptionist, you will: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and compassionately Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Coordinate patient paperwork, insurance information, and communication Manage hearing aid orders, supply tracking, and clinic inventory Support general office tasks and clinic operations Provide outstanding customer service in a calm and organized manner Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Be friendly, caring, and people-focused Be comfortable with learning new systems (we use CounselEar ) Be a team player with a "can-do" attitude Preferred but not required: Experience in a medical office, audiology, or healthcare setting Background in customer service, front desk, or office coordination Growth Opportunity We love promoting from within. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn clinical skills and grow into a Hearing Instrument Technician role over time if interested.
