As a Clinic Receptionist at NARMC, you'll greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect copays, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly. Job Summary Perform front-desk and registration duties, including check-in/out in eClinicalWorks/Meditech, insurance verification (including Medicaid processes), copay collection, daily deposits, phone coverage, and general clerical support. Key Responsibilities Register patients; verify demographics/insurance; explain clinic policies and payment expectations. Collect copays; post payments; prepare daily/monthly reports and remote deposits. Schedule/confirm appointments; complete referrals/authorizations as needed; manage mail/scanning. Support phones, filing, chart prep/updates, and general customer service. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; accurate typing and computer skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Business/office coursework; prior medical office experience.
