Foot Ankle Specialty Centers LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our practice in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information in the EMR system Coordinate referrals and communicate with insurance providers as needed Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and welcoming

Requirements:

Prior experience in a medical front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred Familiarity with medical insurance verification and billing processes Proficiency with EMR/practice management software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
