Job Description
Are you an organized, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment? Arizona Eye Specialists is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Front Office Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face and voice of our practice, providing top-tier service through front desk support, call center operations, and insurance verification. Our clinics start the day early to serve our patients, with doors opening at 7:15 AM . This position will be primarily based at our Goodyear clinic , but requires flexibility for travel and shift coverage at our Buckeye, Glendale, and Phoenix (3rd & Osborn) locations. Ideal candidate will have outstanding telephone, communication, and computer skills. Must be organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional attitude. Minimum of two years customer service/telephone receptionist experience preferred. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Two-years experience in medical practice and/or customer service preferred. Essential Skills and Abilities Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work as a team member. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly motivated and organized. Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns. Ability to excel under pressure. Attention to detail. Treat patients and co-workers with respect. Provide outstanding patient service.
