The receptionist is one of the most important team members as they are the first point of contact with patients. Dental knowledge and previous medical office experience is extremely helpful but is not necessary. However, you must be fluent English/Spanish bilingual, willing and able to learn, responsible to be at work on time as per the schedule and a self-starter. This is a Monday through Friday daytime, full-time position but you will have every other Friday off giving you three-day weekends! We offer medical, dental and vision insurances, 401k and bonus opportunities, paid holidays plus a bonus holiday for your birthday as well as paid time off. The accepted candidate will already have a working knowledge of Windows computer system. Among other responsibilities the receptionist will manage multiple incoming calls, schedule patients, greet patients, collect and post payments, file and appeal insurance claims, physically and electronically file paperwork, create and respond to emails and keep track of general office flow. In addition to front office duties, the position requires assisting with patients on a regular basis and cleaning procedure rooms. The receptionist will have three months (90 days) after starting employment to achieve x-ray certification through the State of Arizona as a requirement for continued employment if they are not already certified. The receptionist will also maintain a CPR certification. While this position is not difficult to work physically, it can be intense at times. The accepted candidate will be working in Nogales, AZ after training, therefore residing in Nogales or south of Green Valley/Sahuarita would be helpful. Contact us today for an in-person interview.
