Job Overview DENTAL Knowledge required We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional administrative support and patient service. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various dental systems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care. Duties Front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule appointments efficiently while ensuring optimal patient flow and minimal wait times. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform insurance verification and assist with billing processes, including CPT coding. Review care plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.. Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing health information management tasks. Assist with collections as needed while maintaining a positive patient experience. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, and health information management practices. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs effectively.
