About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
Answer Phones:
Manage incoming calls, providing information and assistance to patients.
Patient Check-In:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Chart Management:
Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Verify Insurance Benefits:
Confirm patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments.
Collect Co-Pays:
Process payments and co-pays efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Schedule Appointments:
Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for both patients and providers.
Maintain Office Environment:
Keep the reception area tidy and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a medical office or receptionist role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
