DENTAL FRONT OFFICE STAFF
We are a successful, established practice looking to add an accomplished front office team member. Our goal is to provide patients with the best oral health care possible and provide a great dental experience from front to back. We are seeking a Full time
EXPERIENCED
front office staff. The right person will be warm and engaging and think patient care first. Drama free environment! Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Dental Front Desk, Front Desk Coordinator and/or Treatment Plan Presenter. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. The right candidate will understand dental terminology, as well as be proficient at scheduling appointments and dental insurance claim management. Key Requirements
  • Integrity and honesty. Team player.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Dental office.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Computer literacy; a high level of expertise with Dentrix /Eaglesoft.
  • Experience w/ PPO, DMO, HMO insurance
  • Excellent treatment plan presenter. High percentage of treatment plan acceptance +
  • Great patient interaction
  • you are the patient's first impression.
  • Friendly, self confident, smile easily.
  • Positive, upbeat phone voice.
  • Able to maintain composure, empathize with and support patients in challenging situations. Able to focus on the appropriate treatment solution for the patient.
  • Appreciation of excellent dentistry and the skill and dedication it takes to deliver it.
  • High level knowledge of dentistry.
  • Intelligent and a willing learner.
  • Willing to take initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to accept and employ constructive feedback. Also willing to suggest improvements and new ideas.
  • Open-mindedness; no ego when it comes to being taught or taking directions from the doctor or the other team members.
  • Cooperative, able to work well with others.
  • Desire to grow professionally and personally while serving our patient population.
