PHYSICAL THERAPY RECEPTIONIST
Local rehabilitation clinic is hiring for a part time or PRN receptionist. We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and reliable individual with previous medical office experience and customer service skills. We will be reviewing resumes and calling qualified applicants for interviews throughout next week.
JOB FUNCTIONS

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Medical terminology desirable. 2. Ability to relate effectively with co-workers, physicians and staff. 3. Teamwork skills. 4. Ability to relate effectively with patients, clinic guests and general public. 5. Ability to work efficiently amidst on-going distractions. 6. Ability to communicate effectively in written form. 7. Work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Organize tasks. 9. Pleasant phone manner. 10. Attention to detail and accuracy. 11. Respond calmly in emergency situations. 12. Ability to reason and think logically to solve problems. 13. Use judgment and make decisions. 14. Ability to deal with the public in confrontational situations. 15. Maintain confidentiality. 16. Ability to perform work against deadlines 17. Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness. 18. Proficient in a variety of personal computer programs: i.e., Excel, Word
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Must provide own transportation for any local travel or multi-site location requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. One-year work experience in medical office setting is highly encouraged . This position is a M-F position. Shifts may start as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM. Flexibility to cover shifts during these times is a requirement. Please respond and attach your resume.
