Equine Hospital Receptionist Needed

San Luis Rey Equine Hospital is an equine medical and surgical hospital in Bonsall, CA. We are professional, fast-paced and fun. Looking to hire for a full-time receptionist position for an equine hospital in Bonsall. We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated individual who is extremely reliable with a strong work ethic and great communication skills. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, invoicing, inventory and more.

Qualifications:

Preferable work experience in any/all of the following: Accounts Receivable (A/R) Billing/Collecting Social Media Posting Medical Receptionist Equine Experience Ability to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, clients, etc. Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented Knowledge of HR processes and practices Thorough training will be provided, though experience or knowledge in the veterinary industry is highly desired.

Job Duties To Include:

Schedule appointments Collaboration with veterinarians Process payments Maintain records Perform other administrative tasks as needed Greet and welcome patients with sincerity Social Media posting and management Distribute prescriptions and explain instructions Process incoming patients Scan records into patient profiles Scheduling appointments using our designated software Generate new patient records/files This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Starting pay commensurate with experience.
