About Us We are a busy and rapidly growing acupuncture and chiropractic clinic located in Buena Park, CA. Our office is a dynamic and welcoming environment where patient care comes first. We are open every day to serve our community, and we are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our front office team. Why Join Our Team? We believe in a collaborative work environment where everyone has their primary duties but is cross-trained to back each other up. Job Summary & Responsibilities As a Medical Receptionist and Biller, you will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service. While everyone shares the load, your general duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining clinic calendars
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Verifying medical insurance eligibility accurately
- Sending claims to insurance companies and following up on them
- Cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms between patient visits Qualifications
Language:
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office, clerical, or administrative role is a huge plus. Billing experience is preferred, but experience is not required.Skills:
Proficiency in computer skills (data entry, office software) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.Attributes:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, ability to multitask, and a highly organized approach to prioritizing tasks.Knowledge:
