Join our dynamic team at a leading plastic surgery center in Burbank, where you'll play a crucial role in creating outstanding experiences for our patients. About the Role As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, managing patient communications and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and meaningful patient interaction in a modern medical setting. What You'll Do Create positive first impressions by warmly greeting and assisting patients Proactively follow up with patient inquiries to convert leads into booked consultations Manage patient scheduling, including consultations and procedures Handle multi-channel communications (phone, email, text, etc.) Process patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service Support the practice with various administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment (medical office experience is a plus) Strong technical skills with general computer applications Excellence in customer service and patient care Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members Team player mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Professional communication skills and phone etiquette High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus though not a requirement Why Join Us?
