Job Summary Silicon Valley Sports Medicine is a fun, fast-paced Family & Sports Medicine practice in the heart of Silicon Valley. We're passionate about our patients' health and the long-term relationships we build with them. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team full-time. Position Overview Reporting to the Practice Manager and supported by our Lead Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients—both over the phone and at the front desk. Your role includes answering calls and texts, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and collaborating with our team to support smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For

• Experience as a receptionist in a Medical Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with computers and EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
• Billing experience a plus
• Medical assisting experience a plus Key Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls and text messages
• Responding to patient inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Greeting patients during check-in and check-out
• Processing patient payments and entering them into the EMR

Pay:

$23.93 - $28.82 per hour
