Preferably 1 year experience. Work days are Tuesday to Friday and one Saturday a month.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
• Register new patients, prepare patient records, and re-call returning patients for scheduled visits.
• Calling insurance companies to verify insurance and check insurance benefits
• Communicating with patients to make sure they understand their benefits

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Able to understand CDT codes and EOB's for dental insurance
• Able to understand dental treatment plans
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Professional demeanor and work ethic
