Job Description
Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk 3-4 Days/Week | $28-$34/hour We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk team member with 5+ years of dental front-office and/or treatment coordination experience . The ideal candidate is a great communicator who connects well with patients and providers, stays organized and detail-oriented, and confidently helps patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment. What You'll Do Provide a warm, professional experience for patients in person and over the phone Coordinate treatment plans, including scheduling, estimated costs, insurance benefits, and next steps Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with their care Manage scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and daily front-office activities Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate patient, insurance, and treatment information Prepare complete records and documentation for smooth claim processing by our external billing team Support the team and help keep the front office running smoothly What We're Looking For 5+ years of dental front-office and/or treatment coordination experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, compassionate, positive, and professional Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Comfortable discussing treatment, costs, and insurance benefits with patients Familiarity with dental insurance and patient estimates Dentrix experience is a strong plus Dependable team player who works well with patients and providers Compensation & Benefits $28-$34/hour , based on experience Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick leave Employee discounts If you enjoy connecting with patients, coordinating their care, and being an important part of a collaborative dental team, we'd love to hear from you.
