Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care in a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. We take pride in building lasting relationships with our patients and creating a positive workplace where every team member is valued. We're looking for someone who: Has a warm, professional, and positive attitude Enjoys helping people and providing outstanding customer service Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Is punctual, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Works well both independently and as part of a team Communicates clearly and professionally with patients and coworkers Responsibilities include: Greeting patients and creating a welcoming first impression Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing the daily office schedule Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with dental insurance billing Processing patient paperwork and maintaining accurate records Supporting the clinical team to help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience Performing other front office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus. We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
