We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist who is warm, professional, organized, and passionate about creating an excellent patient experience. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, comfortable experience Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, check-in/check-out Handle dental billing, payments, insurance verification, and patient accounts Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Answer phones and communicate professionally with patients Use dental practice management software confidently Work closely with doctors and the dental team to ensure smooth patient care Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality What We're Looking For This position requires at least 2 years of dental front-office experience.
You should have:
2+ years of dental front-office experience Strong experience with dental scheduling and billing Experience with dental software/practice management systems Knowledge of dental insurance and patient financials Excellent communication and customer-service skills A compassionate, gentle, and patient personality Strong organization and attention to detail The ability to multitask in a busy dental office A genuine desire to make patients feel comfortable and cared for Back-office dental experience is a plus, but not required.
