We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist who is warm, professional, organized, and passionate about creating an excellent patient experience. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, comfortable experience Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, check-in/check-out Handle dental billing, payments, insurance verification, and patient accounts Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Answer phones and communicate professionally with patients Use dental practice management software confidently Work closely with doctors and the dental team to ensure smooth patient care Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality What We're Looking For This position requires at least 2 years of dental front-office experience.
