Overview

Are you a seasoned dental front office professional or dental receptionist who thrives in a patient-centered environment? Our forward-thinking dental practice in the Central Valley is seeking a dedicated front desk coordinator to manage patient scheduling, dental billing, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door

Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and front desk operations with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate insurance verification, claims submission, pre-authorizations, billing inquiries, and treatment plan presentations

Communicate effectively with both patients and clinical team members to ensure seamless daily operations

Uphold and contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the patient experience

Requirements

3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience

Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software, insurance processes, and patient communication

A genuine passion for serving patients and supporting your team

A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

A positive, professional attitude that aligns with our patient-first culture

Proficiency in Dentrix (highly preferred)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
