We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview :

The Phone Operator will courteously and efficiently answer all incoming calls and connect callers with the correct extension, gather all relevant information, schedule appointments, take and relay messages in a timely manner, and ensure information is appropriately input into the EHR system.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Receptionist.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records systems.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities :

• Courteously and efficiently answer all incoming calls and connect callers with the correct extension.
• Take and relay messages in a timely manner.
• Perform operator functions including triaging calls, connecting and transferring calls, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and a pleasant phone experience for callers.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
