•Dental Office Experience Must

•We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate effective communication between patients and clinical staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive healthcare environment while utilizing your administrative expertise and dental knowledge. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and directing calls appropriately. Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle claims processing with knowledge of health insurance policies iand HIPAA compliance. Maintain accurate medical and dental records , ensuring confidentiality at all times. Assist with billing procedures Coordinate patient intake processes, including data entry, documentation review, and updating care plans in compliance with clinical confidentiality policies. Support office management tasks such as inventory management of supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment. Requirements Dental experience must Strong computer skills with proficiency in open dental Knowledge of insurance verification processes, dental l billing procedures, Treatment plan prestation and sending statements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while demonstrating proper explanation to patients about treatment and insurance Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in accordance with HIPAA regulations; strong organizational skills for managing dental records and documentation review.
