Job Description
J Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Spanish/English) Pediatric Dental Office We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic bilingual (Spanish/English) receptionist to join our fun pediatric dental office. Our goal is to create a positive, welcoming experience for children and their families, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. What We're Looking For Warm, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Passion for working with children and families Willingness to learn and grow, including cross-training Punctual, dependable, and organized Team-oriented with a positive attitude Honest and professional Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming environment Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and assist with patient communication Maintain patient records and confidentiality Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous dental front desk or similar experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
