Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role provides essential front-office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy Assist with appointment reminders and patient communication Manage medical records requests and ensure timely fulfillment Organize, scan, and upload all incoming mail and documentation into patient charts Receive, review, and categorize incoming faxes Take detailed phone messages and ensure timely follow-through to clinical staff Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and vendors Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Support daily administrative tasks to keep the front office running efficiently Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Prior experience in a medical office, patient services, or customer service role Insurance verification experience required Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficient with computers, EMR systems, and standard office equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan options Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualificationsE
