Dental Front Office Coordinator In Modern Orthodontic and Pediatric Office- Billing Experience Required We are a growing ORTHODONTIC and
PEDIATRIC DENTAL
practice looking for a warm, upbeat, and dependable Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. Our front office sets the tone for the entire patient experience. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys welcoming children and families, has a cheerful and friendly personality, and can remain patient and positive throughout a busy day. This role is ideal for someone with dental front-office experience and a working knowledge of dental insurance and billing. You do not need to be highly seasoned, but you should understand dental terminology, insurance benefits, claims, and patient balances. We are happy to provide additional training to someone who is motivated and eager to grow with our practice. Responsibilities Greet every patient and family with warmth and enthusiasm Create a cheerful and welcoming experience from arrival through checkout Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude Assist patients with scheduling and general questions Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments and provide receipts Review patient insurance and account information for accuracy Assist patients with insurance and billing questions Help address claim issues and outstanding account items Accurately document messages and follow through on open tasks Support an organized schedule and smooth patient flow Collaborate with our doctors and team to provide an excellent patient experience Assist with additional front-office responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For A naturally warm, cheerful, and approachable personality Someone who enjoys interacting with children and families At least 1 year of dental front-office experience required Dental insurance and billing experience required Familiarity with dental terminology and common dental procedures Working knowledge of insurance benefits, claims, EOBs, and patient balances Excellent phone and customer-service skills Ability to remain friendly, calm, and professional in a busy environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and willing to help the team Positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time Pediatric or orthodontic experience is helpful but not required Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Paid time off 401(k) Health Insurance stipend A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility within the practice If you are someone who brings positive energy to the workplace, enjoys helping people, and has experience with dental front-office and billing responsibilities, we would love to meet you!
